Overnight sea kayaking tours in Tromsø – Norway

Spend the night in a 1000 star hotel

Explore the fjords and archipelagos by sea kayaking in the region of Tromsø, and spend a night camping out under the arctic sun. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, athmosphere and food is a promise.

The guide will pick you up in the early afternoon and transfer you to the starting point. Here you will be given all the gear you need for a night out in the arctic summer, including your sea kayaks and drysuits. A brief introduction to sea kayaking and safety will also be given before setting out to sea.

Together we load up the kayaks with our gear and set of on our own expedition. After a few hours of kayaking we will arrive at a chosen spot where we will be camping for the night. Most often a remote beach or island.

Here we raise our tents and lay out our sleeping bags, before lighting the fire and enjoy a welcomed meal.

We purchase our food from local distributors, so fresh Halibut or Reindeer steaks are often on the meny as well as other local specialties. Bring your favorite bottle of wine.

The evening may be spent hiking a summit near the camp area or paddling out for a midnight sun experience in the kayaks.

Next morning, after a long breakfast, we repack our kayaks and spend the day exploring before arriving back to shore in the afternoon.
