Our terms and conditions:
Cancellations/changes by you.
In order to cancel you must contact ArcticWild by Email: mail@arcticwild.no. If you wish to change date or acticvity we will try our best, but this can not be guaranteed and our cancellation policies are followed if not.
1. Cancellations can be made until 22 days prior to start of the tour, with a 100% refund.
2. Cancellations between 21 – 8 days prior to start of the tour, with a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the tour will not be refunded.
Multi day tours and expeditions:
1. Cancellations up to 90 days prior to start of tour are fully refunded.
2. Cancellations between 90 – 46 days are refunded with 50% of total tour cost.
3. Cancellations less than 46 days prior to the tour, the cost is non-refundable
Please check that you have a travel insurance that covers this in case of a delay, illness etc.
Refunds:
We charge the amount in NKR from your card on the day of the booking. A refunded amount will reflect the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued and not the exact amount you paid in your currency.
Cancellations/changes by us:
ArcticWild and our partners reserve the right to cancel the activity at any point for safety reasons. In this event you will be offered an alternative product or date. If you wish to decline this, you will receive a 100% refund.
ArcticWild are not liable for any injuries, disease, losses or damages during or after participating in our tours.
We do recommend a travel insurance to cover the above disclaimers.
Insurance:
We do require that you have a valid travel insurance, covering the activities in which you will participate.
Jurisdiction
These booking conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by Norwegian law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the local court of Nord-Troms Tingrett in Tromsø, Norway.
